Stress ... irregular sleeping hours , food , alchohol , all can be related to this minor strain .
I once have the same problem a few years back , so what did the doc diagnose ? My stiff neck and spinal cord strain caused all that !!!

I dunno if you have stiff neck , backaching , waist part painful ... this could be why your testicle is slight painful .
