This is a discussion without end.
You can look at it from so many different angles that one belief cant be applied to every angle. You can say the women who tries to "steal" the man is wrong, but if you look closer, is she? or isn't she? If it's about money/lust she is wrong? Society says it is, so probably she's wrong. Is it love, society still says it's wrong, but is it? Love cant be wrong right?
Either way, the guy will be wrong if he gives in. He vowed to stay with her forever, be there for her and all that kind of stuff. It also applies on the children of course, if there are any. Married or not, those kind of things are vowed to your partner if you take it to the next level in the relationship.
But you can even discuss if the guy is wrong or not. Every society has it's own morals and so does every person. So the question if it's wrong or not can only be asked to yourself. Place yourself in the position of either one of them, how would you act in the situation and why would you act like that. Therein lies your answer. If society says it's wrong, it wont necessarily mean it is wrong.
