The more scar appear.
its like my skin got pull or something.
expecially on my thigh and legs...
recently done alot of cycling. and this scar keep appearing after my cycling.
any way i can remove this scar??
it look quite red...
feel quite sad.. muscle forming and this kind of stupid things come.. please any one help me

ur bball training is chicken feed la
u also need to eat less
eat the food with less carbo, like rice
eat most at breakfast, eat moderate at lunch, and try not to eat for dinner
and how far u jog anyway

U need to slowly let it expand n condition ur body la. U no do exercise back in teh days before one confirm. And when u started to do , u too extreme. Sudden expansion of muscle tissue skin etc. But then again , u doing cycling n not doing weights i also dunno why u got stretch marks.
Maybe ur position wrong ? lol!
U cycle on bike or u do those like SPIN class bike station super cardio dance music classes.
