• Yes, by all means have flings - just utter this. 'I lust for you' instead of 'i love u', cos what is true of u is that u are being dishonest not only to yourself but (i assume) to your present gal-friend or however u address her.
• If u cannot help being what you are - don't vomit on others or use another person as a means to your ends - cos that is the most ugly thing one can be.
•  There are places aplenty; simply pay for it and no one (including u) have to suffer the pangs of guilt and anxiety.
• Just know n understand  - all that u are being now is inevitably going to accumulate in your psyche and the psychological hangover is going to adversely affect your  way of living and life in many ways than u know. All i can say is that u are sowing seeds but unwisely seeds of misery and discontent? The harvest is ... of course, that is if u live to see another day!
