i've been suffering from insomnia for the past few weeks.
Just cant get to sleep even at the wee hours at night.
but somehow in the day time i dont feel tired too.
any advise on how to adjust my body clock ???
go see a doc and ask for a referral to see a sleep specialist in public hospitals.
any ' natural ' ways ?

drink milk, it helps. try to relax and dun think so much when u sleep.

dun do rigorous exercise a few hours before you sleep? job at least 4-5 hours before you actually sleep.

What is the problem?
Do you really need to conform to the average Joe's sleep pattern?
Can't sleep at night, do something useful.
See the doctor only when your other activities are affected.
