I used to have the same problem like you....Worst thing, i was formerly from the night industry. Changing to a day job, it's like a killer.
Simple - You just have to make yourself real tired (work/ excerise the day) and DON"T think too much, most of the time it's the mind that's working overtime. Body clock can be adjusted.
If else fail, go get ermin 5, dormicum...etc whateva u can lay your hands on. But procced with risk ;)
