Psychologically, people would eventually leave for someone that seemed 'worst', because of the karmic lesson that have to learn this lifetime. The greater the karmic lesson, the stronger the attraction between that guy/girl and anyone's partner - therefore people would leave.
When a person is fated to leave - even if you want to cage him/her, it doesn't matter, because he/she doesn't need the key to escape. II) From this situation, you boyfriend probably knows that you can't live without him. It *could* be a curse - because he may take you for granted in the future and work minimal for this relation in expecting it to go on for miraculous reasons.
This relation has been dealt a blow - things are different for the cards on the table ain't the same. Do what you have to do as a duty of a gf and just leave everything to fate for it is futile trying to keep this relationship *forever* while you worried everyday, etc. Every relations is beautiful in the eyes of the beholder - therefore, treasure each day and not ponder too much about the future. The future will take care of the future - each passing uneventful day is good memories to be kept.
