Since it is a true or dare session, she probably asked you for the fun of it. The reason why she ignored you is because of the answer you have given, which is probably "I do".
She was pissed off because the two of you are not a couple, she is not interested in you, yet your friends are making fun of her.
There is nothing more than this, so don't think too much about it and focus on your studies instead.
