I am not your gf so I wouldn't know. Different girls have different tastes, though flowers is almost certainly a must for most of them, and being romantic also works.
It is amazing that you have been with her for so long, yet you do not know what she like. As I suggested, since you have no solid idea yourself, consult her friends and ask for their help.
If you are truly sincere in wooing her back, then put down you pride and earn another earful from them. Just pray hard that they will be willing to help you out.
