Hi Lokey,
I will strongly advise you not to beat him. He is jobless now as you have mentioned, thus even if you beat him up, you will not get your money back.
If he decides to make a police report, he will not be punished by law for owing you money, but you may be sent to jail for assault.
The only thing you can do now, unfortunately, is to wait till he gets a job, and ask for your money back.

Lokey... In Singapore violence doesn't solve anything, it will probably only land you in the Police Station if your friend decides to turn his back on you. Have you tried paying a visit to his family and tell them what happened? Or talk to someone close to him and ask for assistance in helping you collect back the owe amount.

yes. but there is a trick to my posting in SAF. I wrote 1. NDU and rest empty, but I am never able to get into NDU as I am not "Medical fit" enough. So at the end, it is will be a random best fit posting. -

No, but I do sparrings with taekwondo pupils frequently. Should be able to knock out teeth and KO people. I love to try it.
