  i think she's trying to make you jealous. and if you don't have guts to talk to her she won't bother to talk to you. she might be offended because you don't talk to her or she's not interested in shy guys. watch the other boys and what they do to get her attention and try it for yourself. it will help you gain more confidence. after that....do what you want to make her yours! (but don't be clingy/stalker/creepy about it). ACT COOL!
