hi.. riding a bike has its dangers. me ride bike for abt 3 yrs oledi and met a couple of accidents which were mostly minor. even though i ride BIG bikes and am CRAZY n i mean CRAZY about bikes, i will never allow my gf to take a bike license even though she has asked me before. Also as a biker, i know that 70% of bikers out there are always out looking for 'gals'. if u dun believe u can see for urself. as a biker who has lotsa biker frenz.. i have frenz carrying extra helmets for the sake of giving a gal a free ride. so pathetic !!! become free taxi for someone u wanna befriend. the chances are slim as well unless the gal is a 'bitch'. i can understand ur bf concerns for u.
i also can understand ur interests and that UR frenz are FRENZ to u but ur bf thinks otherwise. but frankly ALLL guys are selfish. just shows that he loves u. but if me , i will sacrifice my interest for my gf. -
See? I knew it - I already predicted it has something to do with your group of biker friends. He doesn't like them - naturally he disapprove you of learning bike. I admit i used to have a grp of frens whom we alwaz hang out together...we often go riding etc.but after i got to noe my bf, i stop going out with them coz i noe he dun like them and my frens they all oso noe dat...but my bf still dislikes them n thinks dat if i learn biking, i'll mix ard wif them again...but they r my frens rite??the frenship bet us is healthy!!they juz trted me like a little sis of theirs, but he juz dun seem to understd and accept them..

The key things is not learning bike in your case - its something that your bf dislike. To see the picture clearer - If you hate your boyfriend's good friends (cheonger), you will hate him going clubbing/pubbing. Its complementary effect.
