To be blunt, talk is cheap - after all, he could hope that you become the CEO, but does that mean anything? After you reject the other job, what's to say that he won't do a 180 and say, "Ah well, he's staying so we'll leave him where he is"?
This manager needs to put his money where his mouth is. If he's serious about this SAP offer, he won't have a problem offering you a new employment contract that specifies that your job is to work on SAP, and no longer to do the physical work. Until such time that the new contract is signed both by you and him (or whoever ratifies the contract for the company), stick with the plan to move to the other company.
Ehh...how come you not rude and became "ä¹–" now?
WHY? ![]()
Nobody's given me a reason to be rude. If you want to start your usual bullshit again, I'll be rude again. Simple enough for you to understand?

Do you need people to spoon feed you with a reason to be rude?
Seems like you are just normal like the rest, need to rely on others, cannot live without others.
Hmm..... I thought you were different, I am so wrong then!
Since you have became soft and limp, I guess I'll give you a break and let you rot in peace in your self-pity weakness. ![]()
Ah, there you go again.
Unlike you, I don't do things without a reason. If I'm rude to you, it's 100% guaranteed that you jolly well asked for it.
Now I'll make things REAL simple for you by no longer acknowledging your putrid existence.
I'm afraid that means that you'll have to satisfy your pathological craving for attention elsewhere, but please understand that I'm not here to make up for the fact that your mother really should have had that abortion.
Buh-bye.
It's psychological craving for attention and not pathological. ![]()
