It is really depressing to see that one's feelings have to be put to sleep, literally and figuratively. I thot feelings were something precious. Hate to have to suppress it and even kill it.
It's good that both of u are good frensfirst at least get to know her a lot more, before u really think if she really suits u.
Normally, pple will hide an ugly side of themselves to their frens, esp of the opposite gender. It's one side that will normally piss u off, and u never tot that this person is actually like this or have this habit. It's the time when such negative traits unveal, u will feel that there is a change in the character of the person that u think u know.
So I really hope that u maintain a strong friendship first. Remember always be there when she need some comfort.
Pple takes a long time before they know that person who cares for them most is those who are already by their side. Furthermore, it's a good test to see if u really like her. To ensure that it's true that exist in u.
