what a farktard, so he's been trying this trick on more than one fellow .....
just like i said there are good and bad people in all race and all nationalites.
i once gave money to a pre-teen who claimed she has no money to go home. after i gave her $5 she called out to her friend and said, "lets buy something to eat."
they are definitely locals.

I think we should just take it on face value with a pinch of salt, given that China so big, cheaters, scammers + thier upbringing + Sg = high possibility of such a thing happening.
So be wary and aware thats all.
I am sure most of us have had thier fair share of being scammed and intruded upon by PRCs. I am sure if start a thread on "Cheated by PRC" or something similiar, we all have a story or two.
Always will have scum sucking maggots trying to ride the system. And especially ride the good will of good honest folks.

NUS farmers are always pretending to be more than they are. What they need to know is one thing. They are farmers, peasants, F-A-R-M-E-R-S, country bumpkins like their counterparts in the two other shitty universities NTU and SMU.
