Then you should try asking her now since she needs ur help. If she insists on not telling you, or the reason she gives is something like " just for fun ", then my advice is not to as she once damages ur reputation unless she is willing to clear the mess she made for you.
But if its some sort of misunderstandings and both of you can sort it out, then you can try helping her.

Do you need her help in any area? If not then do what you think fits.
Is she worth your help? Do you foresee you will need her help in future? Has she a bad character in nature? Is she doing those things to you to others as well habitually? If answer is yes to all these questions, then forget about helping her. Not worth to keep as friend.
Does she has her good reason of doing what she did to you and has since turned over a new leaf and is doing her part to gain your trust in her? In nature, does she has a nice character, trustable? If yes, then consider with positive attitude to help her.

Yes be her witness, by doing so ppl will see you as the kind and forgiving one, this will help u clear ur damaged reputation and also, if u help her, she will treat u as a friend again. Its better to help her incase if next time u'r in deep shit, she might be able to help u
