Really...if she also likes you, why isn't she out together with you but with another guy? Why is she worried that the other guy will get the wrong impression of her if she picks up your phone call? And why would she thinks it's awkward for her if you are not irritating enough already to her?
Don't interrogate her with all your why questions? Even her parents also don't interrogate her in the way you do. Who are you to her? You are nobody to her, even if you are somebody to her, you still cannot question people with all your why questions because you must learn to respect people's personal space and give them their basic dignity to live peacefully as a normal human being.
Don't take away their dignity and reduce your crush or loved ones into animals without their basic dignity.
And don't become a monster.
