Actually, 8 pts can go to NJ also, and be in the middle portion of the cohord. But going to VJ will might post a bit of a problem to you rite?? Heard that it's harder to get into VJ than NJ.

but my L1R5 i think can get into the arts stream which i'm aiming at lo. anyway, VJC offers French, whereas NJC offers, eh, forgot which lang, tink it's Jap. not so interested in Jap la. so i'd prefer VJ lo. =)

My brother who got 9 pts for his 'O's this yr went to NJ. but he wants to go to HJ though... In the end, he has to appeal to go back to HJ.
Anyway think going arts stream not a prob lahz. They are slightly lower than Sci. furthermore u so clever.. They dun accept u is their loss to their JC record...

bear ah bear, stop saying i cleber la. if not my standards too high, den wait fall hor, very pain one leh. anyway, even if i can get in hor, it's c-riously quite far for me lo. o n i just realised that the combi i want, is in the sci stream. it's more to sci, but i prefer to call it sci/art stream. =) hee~
ahhh, ask u ah, coz i'm in sci(phy/chem) then u oso noe my results la, me wanna take Maths, Physics, Econs, n Lit. possible combi? or shud i take Geog. bearing in mind that wat happened to my lit n geog during my prelims was i think an accident. hee~ =) i dun think i mind taking geog, but truthfully speaking, if geog consists of only physical geog, i'd luve to take it. but human geog, eh, no thank u. i got no common sense one lo. human geog, the questions can just answer liddat, even with not muh studying, but i cannot lo. physical geog is study study study, memorise, understand formantion, differentiate types, done. easier than human lo.....dunno la....so shud i take geog or lit??? i have a personal interest in lit lo. c-riously speaking....(tt's y i say prelims C5 is an accident...) -
Hmm.. think I'm gonna hurt u by saying that u r not likely to get wat u want. Becoz Econs is already an Social sci subject, that is suppose to be linked to the arts stream rather than to the sci stream. Chances of taking 2 sci and 2 arts subject will not be very high. And having a 4th subject, it will likely be Econs,F maths, Art or Bio.
Then again diff sch will haf diff courses. they are having an open house soon rite?? visit them lorz... and several others as well. even those not so near ur house one also can visit. juz for knowledge. juz for ur info also, u can put this combi for them to consider also. If there is enuff pple, like >10, they may consider accepting students, and open up another class. But they also consider if this combi will let u haf something to study when u get to the local uni.
