  LOL. If it was possible for everyone to sue another just because they smsed you shit and made you feel like shit, everyone would want to become a lawyer.

  You can only sue someone for slander, defamation, character assassination or libel if you can prove that what they said was untrue/unproven/baseless and caused you to suffer monetary loss (e.g. via ruining your otherwise stellar reputation). What you win would be the monetary loss you suffered and then some. Probably the only people who can get away with suing others who call them liars would be LKY and gang, but face it dude, you're not LKY. Nor are you part of their gang.

  
  So just suck it up, tell her to eff off and go out and have some fun to relieve your mind of what she said. She probably said all that shit in anger and would calm down if you give her some time. Assuming, of course, you're not half responsible for it in the first place. People don't usually say things they don't mean (or so I'm inclined to believe), and there's no smoke without fire (yes yes, i've heard of dry ice...), so you probably must have done something to provoke her into such a state. There ARE some people who like to exaggerate things, though, and while she may be one of them, it's better to talk it out civilly with her about what happened and what is causing her to say such hurtful things so that you can get to the bottom of the issue and properly close the chapter (if necessary) with her.
