I'm not breaking with my gf! She is not local and I knew her since sec school. Now she might have to go back to her home country to take care of her mom who is terminally ill.

Whether she really likes you or not doesn't matter(since as you say you love your gf wholeheartedly).
If she digs you, all the more you should avoid her.

After all... her mom is terminally ill...Note the terminally. When her mom moves on, it will be her turn to need a shoulder to lean on, and as a boyfriend you should be there for her. Yes even if a bloody ocean divides you, there's still skype and good old fashioned telephone.
You need to talk things over with your gf instead of talking to us. Go ask her if she's planning on returning to singapore. If she isnt, well, then say goodbye unless you're prepared to go with her or marry her first.

I rather lose the game then not having been in a game before lolI think relationships is all about risk.
Both parties will have to take risk at some stage.
However dun be blind to clues if he/she is cheating on you.

The best way to react to matters of the heart is to go with your gut instincts....crash burn, bang your head against a brick wall, bleed..... then finally learn.
What would I do if i were you? remaining friends is fine... but do you have the self discipline... If i were you... break up with your current gf who's mom is terminally ill and pursue the new girl... which is what you wanted in the first place.
You just need the courage to do it... or were you posting here to find a better way to do it without feeling guilty?

Be faithful. Why are you even thinking about the other girl when your girlfriend's mom is terminally ill and needs you now?
She is your girlfriend whom you claimed had been with you for years. Its time you stop contacting the girl and concentrate on improving the problems in your relationship with your girlfriend. Talk to her about it. Put in the effort to go the extra miles for her and make her happy.
You as the boyfriend, ought to be there for her especially at this point in time. Not thinking about what to do with the feeling you had for the girl or vice-versa.
Weather the girl had feelings towards you, it is none of your business. Ignore her advances. If a girl is attached and still makes another guy who is attached misunderstand, either you read too much or she got problems (not someone you would want to consider to be your next girlfriend) .
