ya..they'r wog..i have the same problem, am living at the last floor of the building, wen talked to them ( the one level down) nicely but they still deny..then they continue knocking dunno what F***ing things created loud noises for over months n still going on..to hell with neighbouring love harmony...They thought they r devoted to their religious jus by switch on the Q**** loud every nite..
Yesterday gt neighbour watch soccer until very loud. Many inconsiderate neighbours nowadays.
me had this problem in spore too...me thinks they have either a food factory making noodles by hand and feet coupled with industrial grinders or they manufacture stuff for bigger factories.
my upstair neighbour more worst throw used kotex down n drop it on my aircon box... is disgusting .. u know ... USED KOTEX .. i make police report hope they do something... other than police can i complain to hdb?
