If you can Keep a Pet to ease anixety, anger management, and reduce Stress level for your spouse. But the Dog must be human friendly, lower energy and Trained.
I hope your reason for leaving your spouse is not because unable to have "kids" Asperger is an inherited genetics condition. There are alternative.
Learned about his coping mechanism.....and routine. It isn't that they can't express social skill they don't know how to.....
I mean lets face it you knew her/him as an individual and fell in love before you married the person. That person was "good enough" for you to fell in love and get married.
I'm not here to judge you....You do carry a heavy baggage. And I admire your courage and your Love. You have already find a way to communicate with your spouse thats how you get married. I just think that you have to continue to find motivation for your spouse to behave. And not giving up perharp is one of the greaterest Gift you can gave.
It is true your life could be Easy and less stressful you crosspath with your spouse.......and you walked the road less travelled.
