Unethical Selling From Naughty By Nature

You need to go to the baliffs and pay $300 to seize his properties and I am not sure if he has anything at all....
I was with my kids when the hard sell happened & here was the scenerio:
- They took more than hundred shots & showed you on their mac computer, after you selectedll your shots, they did the digital touch up and here's where the nightmare began.They explained that those photos with touch up will not be given unless I buy the package, I will be given 1 photo FOC only. I was thinking what was going to happen to the rest of those pictures that we had taken and left in their possession?
- I was pressed for time as we had spent like hours there, kids were hungry and needed to go for tuition class.
- They were very hard sell almost turning hostile and my photos were with them.
I hope the above scenerio gives you an insight of the awful predication that I was in. I really regretted after that, more so now that I am still paying the instalments through my visa and company had closed now.
They are a bunch of people who used "threats" to a certain extent. Even now, that Indian boss of naughty by nature said I am defaming him by going to sg forum. Till now, he still didn't know that we are the victims and not him. He didn't respect the law at all for failing to turn up on 2 occassions in front of the judge. With all these presence and attendance in court, I had to incur additional expenses like CDB and car park charges and most importantly my time. He doesn't have a single respect of a human kind.
He kept mentioning he just took over the company and it was not his fault.Do you believe?

I am very sure that he has properties considering that he has cheated so many people of their money so just pay the $300 to seize his properties..

What makes you think even if you paid up, your photos will be not with them ? Forget it, what has happened has happened. Dont make the same mistake again, a lesson learnt

Since you are one of the victims need to know more about your case. When you first know of them have you seen any of their portfolio photos or were you shown? Any wedsite from them and testimonial of their clients? what makes youwant to go voer to their company in the first place? like they promise to take photos and give you for free? Otherwise when they hard sell their package to you you can leave and tell them to delete the photos from their computer if not call the police file a police report. presse for time and whatever is irrelevent here. No matter what race of peopl to you upon its singapore and if you find the situation threatening calling the police is the best option.For the takeover we don;t know under what terms their agrements is like so its too early to make any accusations. wait up a while see if any similar tatactics re surface and tell everyone around you to be cautions of such companies. when they strike again its time to strike back, and make sure when you go to them for photoshoots go with guy friends instead. they hard sell again call police.

Its like that 1. People succumb to sweet talking. free photo shoot by PROFESSIONAL photographers. When you dont even know what is photography and how to tell if a photo taken is PROFESSIONAL or not better don;t complain when things cock up. ANd also every me an women is equal and can exercise their rights to refuse and say no. If they don;t because embarrased or what then theya re also partly to be blamed for such conprofessioonal photography business to thrife.
i really loooking for random call from such agency. f**k them up i look forward to. last time got those like telemarketing call ask me go for tour package i told them i would be delighted to but i jobless, then i tell them if they pay for my tour pakage i will gladly sign up. those credit card also i say the same, jobless so watch my expenses. those prostitute ask for s8x to be paid i told them i gay only interested in men
lst time i got one colleague company receive wrong number call she told the caller straight "ooei here is fuctory!".
photoshoot so far have not receive call yet so i look forwar dto one, i see lots of way to answer them and make joke put of it

Hey i know. we are smart and we can post here to show we are really smart not to get conned at all. not lik some people not smart gianpengz want cheap things kenna connecd still can come forum whine. since got money pay for a few thousands to take crapped photos why bother about claiminng only a few hundred bucks back.then those really got no cert no job can only work in 'ART' line but always conned people, then change company name then con then change then con then change then con then change then con then change then con then change then con then change . . .

When the ACT has found the case in your favour and NBN has failed / refused to pay you the sum awarded within 2 weeks, you can go back to the SCT to enforce judgment.
NBN has a habit of challenging people they have suckered to use the law against them because most people do not know what to do.
Enforcement of judgment will drag the case further and can be rather frustrating. But all the more you should persist or NBN will be let off the hook and continue their unethical ways!
