I don't think fat people have no friends. That not true. Socially excluded from what event? Sometimes normal sized people can't find pants too ya know. I'm a size 30 and sometimes when i'm looking for my size it seems like everybody is size 30 and they took all of it off the rack..
Just don't be overly fat till it unhealthy la. I mean some guys like girls who are slightly meaty so it feels nicer hugging them. There are plenty of fat people who have boyfriends.
It a fact of life that when you look better or have a great personality people tend to like you better. First impression counts so i guess looks are important to some degree. Work on your personality cause when ya old and saggy thats what carry you thru.
If you are fat, lose some weight.
If you are thin, put on some weight.
Do something about it.

There are people who look bad when they lose weight. And there are people who look beeter when they put on weight.
Actually it all comes down to whether you are happy with your own weight or not. If you are happy, then you will do all you can to look good even when you are overweight. If you are unhappy with your own weight, then you will still look bad even though you are not overweight.
