First off - She's asking for it. Sleeping around with Greg yet she's a victim. That has been said a few hundred times so I'll let it go.
Now, the solutions to the different scenarios -
Dan and Greg - Get them together and talk it out like Real Gentleman. If 13 years of friendship cannot withstand this test then FORGET the whole thing. It's NOT worth it at all. Ask them to find new friends and STOP patching them up. It will not work. Trust me, I've been through this "friendship-nonsense" before. Big Deal!!!
Joyce - Ask her to stop being silly. Wake up her dumb idea. If she has been violated and decides not to do anything. Maybe she's too dumb to do anything. Live with it. Let her personal Knight-in-Shining-Armour save her. It's too much problem.
Alan - should be stripped naked and photographed to keep his mouth shut. Alternatively, he could be ignored. He's a nosy fellow. He IS the cause of the whole problem. So if anything.... he should be punished.
Dan's Dad - Oh well..... if you guys are afraid then leave him alone. No one is above the Law, Not Even if he's Bruce Lee or Arnold Schwarzenegger. Leave it to Joyce if she wants to report him or not. If he tries anything funny again.... well, it all depends on Joyce herself. She might end up marrying Dan's Dad and become the Boss lady.
She will become Dan's step-mother and Alan's auntie. Har har har har.... then she can kick them around. Duh!!!

I am actually a baddie too. After knowing us, she's begining to do the "Worst" thing I do. She skipped a lot of bad part, jumping in to the bad bad part. I can't ask her to stop doing it because, I still do it... and Dan's dad's friend she's mixing around with do it too. All I can do is use studies as a reason to take up as much of her time as possible so that she won't see them that much... that's my plan for now and till end of the year until I finish my 'O' levels. When I finished my 'O' levels, I will able to have more time with her and might be able to do someting... Now I'm having school everyday including sat. (thanks to SARS) No time to meet her and she say she's bored so she go out with them. (Dad's friend) Now is 2.31am and I'm still at this comp. The only time I can meet her is at night, I just left her and she just went to meet them... I don't have a good reason to ask her not to go...
*Dan's dad's friends which she say that they are good people... maybe i don't know... Dan's dad are not with them.
But can you understand how worried i am, at this time almost everyday, she's the only girl... with 2 uncles although she says they just went drinking, singing, slag and talk... -

Never presume that young age = inexperience and greenhorn in all case. I have never believe in that sh|t anyway - because I encounter lots of situation where people way older than me, acting like a lamer and still telling me how I should be a good person.

I see the problem now. You are out to help Joyce, right? I think you like Joyce a lot and you want to avoid Uncles from having a piece of her.
So if I may clarify this -
Joyce is 19 and enjoys attention from uncles. Even when it comes from his father's friends. She is the main problem and there's nothing you can do if she doesn't want to help herself.
Think about it carefully and logically but NOT Emotionally - which teenage girl in their right mind will mix with her father's friends? Do a survey of the young ladies here. How many? I'll be surprise if you can find one or two.
The problem here would also be your feelings. It's easy to fall in love with someone who's in trouble - I've done it a few times too. I may be wrong but EXCUSE me for being so direct. How can you help someone who doesn't want to help herself ? Sometimes, its better to help yourself.
Joyce will survive and in the end may become something that you would be afraid of. Who will use her charms and body to get things from men. Sorry, buddy.

You've to let go and wish her all the best. If your friend, Joyce insists on ruining herself. There's nothing you can do that will stop her.
What is it to you ? You are not her brother nor her father nor her boyfriend or whatever.
Tell her nicely and calmly your thoughts on the whole matter. How you think that the uncles seem to be taking advantage of her. How she might be ruining herself by continuing this way. If she doesn't listen to you then you have done your duty as a friend. It's better to focus on other things in your life, isn't it?
