once i get my own connection up with my personal PC, you'll probably see me a lot in here nights...

something like that... actually it's my old PC.. an old PII-450 with a then-coveted 19" monitor..
she uses it for her stuff.. get on-line and send her work to office..
being so old, it died... so i put in Windoze ME... told her to put other stuff on herself.. after a while, i find there is no anti-virus, no other amenities like QuickTime and everything else is about 2 years behind time and cannot run stuff... the "problems"... so after Mass today, I kinda just took the time to fix it...
in about a week's time, going to fix up my own little Notebook for myself

But i agree wat u say to certain extent.
Your example above is based on an assumption that couples will quarrel over finance. When understanding, empathy, the desire to improve and make life better isn't there - most probably love is a weak one.
People get married for all kind of reasons and huge percentage of live case study you mentioned above account for shot-gun marriage in which the young couples ain't financally stable and mentally/emotionally prepared to handle a marriage. Of course when a house is built with sticks - a simple breeze would be so damaging.
