  YUP... It probably shall PROCEED... Somewhere between mid to end of August... An OFFICIAL THREAD would be set up again for the purpose... Just give me some time to work out the details...? Currently rather busy because just back from RESERVIST.... Have to catch up with my correspondance course and deal with some of the smaller courses & talks coming up these weeks... Hmm... Kinda SIANs but I guess that's just LIFE...?
