It better that get to know each other as friends 1st..if he realy loves u...he must not mind abt ur pasts..Everione has a pasts...it depends hw others willingly or unwillingly to accept you... i have encountered a very similar case....i mean i have a female colleague and she was admired by a male colleague abt 10 yrs older.
but the problem is that she dont like him....actually it is only recently that i told her abt what i observed...but since she feels awkward and wishes to avoid him....i felt that prob i can help a little...
they went on solo dates quite a few times and in fact i thought both of them are really on good terms...but these days perhaps he is busy so 'not much drama' ...
but seriously if u like him...go and talk to him....make him feel that his efforts are not wasted at all...if it is a golden opportunity...dont let it pass by. -
This few days I act normal, he a bit down, but I feel nothing and say nothing. Not trying to play hard to get, just wanted to see whether he is determined or not. I've been through tough times and I've grown to be an independent and strong girl. So I definitely need someone who have lots of experienced in life to take care of me. It's not easy to be my bf, I guess I shall wait for the right one to come. If not, single shall be.

If you can take the lighter side of things, just friends or companions... You can also go for short-term relationship if you don't mind, and both parties are agreeable to it.... I agree with Devil 1976...if you can take the lighter side of things...things will go smoothly eventually...if you will to force,the relationships will not last so long...Seriously need to depend in what kind of suitations you are in....Someone who has alots of experience in life....I can says that everione is gaining life experiences everi now and then.....
