"need" sounds a bit desparate.. Living is about getting wat u want and not wat you need. I dun really subscribe to the idea that i need someone to get my days going,although there are times when I was single when I tot a lot abt these questions. having a bf or gf is good in the sense that you spend some of the best time of your youth sharing parts of your lives with each other. Experiencing wat love is.. So if it has to be needing a bf or gf I will think that the only acceptable reason is to experience one of the greatest emotion there is.. love.Originally posted by nOoBs:

I do not know if there are people out there who intentionally deny themselves that they do not need to know what love is.. I truly feel that it is a waste to walk through life without knowing what love is.. but then with that said,love should come naturally and not something to be craved in desparation. one can't hurry love.. -

I am like that too. Well, when I think I can do something on my own, I just dun get why must I be accompanied loh. Gals are not always wanting company and protections. Or at least I mean, not all the gal are like that. Dun see wat;s the problem in being independant. But, that's what my ex-bf dun like about in me. Just natural that maybe a guy want to fuss about on his gf. But sometimes, there is just no need to. Wonder why this ideas seems so "abnormal" to others at time. Dun understand. Sometimes, when 2 persons are in love, it doesnt mean that there is a need for them to accompany each other always. There is something call personal space. Sometimes either party may need to be alone for a while. Unless there are other unforeseen circumstances. -
agree....the word 'need' sounds so desperate but i guess is the best word to describe how i feel.
