Getting Tired of NS...

Hi people. I have less than a year to go before I ORD but cannot take it any longer. To top it up my boss is this Huge meanie whos all out to get me.
He is always finding faults with me and my minor uncalled for mistakes. He makes me feel so inferior in front of others too. I am quite upset. I also suspect that is probably a racist too.
Anyway, guys please advice me what to do as this is really getting up to me and I am feeling that this remaining less than a year will pass so slowly. -

so, here's a brutal thing i have to say... stop whining and get a backbone!
FYI, my S3 tried to get me charged for his own incompetence! and i was just a LCP... if i did not have a spine, i'd be on a charge!
take it as it comes! i can safely tell you that your NS days will be lots easier than real life!
again, it is brutal.. but stick at it, tune out, just do what he says.. and a year will pass quickly -
well.. u haf several options. as bear has said, u can jus get on wif life and try to live with it. else u can complain to ur bigger boss. else u can always call the hotline. perhaps try to talk to some frens and c if u r the oni one in the situation.Originally posted by ricky82:Hi people. Is this meanie a regular--if he is then complain to ur S3 or smething. Trust me though S3 may have seen this problems before but if its revelant and u really show u cannot take it(couple with a few couselling with MO watever) This can be a big issue. Come on if he really regular then his livehood is more important then ur national service he wont "head bang" with you la

try to get evidence or state incidences where he has been racist, take note of them. then call the army hotline at 1800- THEARMY
or 1800 8432769, they should be able to help you if you have very claer incidents when he has been very unfair to you or racist .
this is also an art of survival in the working world, its called backstabbing. sometimes, u have to.
there is no place for a racist in the army
remember, it must be very clear incidnets and you must strike only when you are confident that you have got him. if u din 'kill' him in one stroke, he will be back more aggresive or he could be afraid of you

err... have you check back on yourself first before you come to this conclusion?
Like your behavior and attitude towards your responsibilities or jod assign to you? Your conduct in camp?
Is others facing the same problem or is it only you.
Check with your peers first to get their opinion.
They might be able to give you a better or more neutral view as they are the one who witness the treatment that you encountered compare to us. We only hear it from you one-sided that all.

I have a friend who is in NS now.. he was so depressed that he became a alcholic!!!! Anyway ways to help hiM?
he is seeing a doc now but it seems like it didnt help much....
he hate NS life.... anyway ways to help him???

maybe u can keep him "entertained" loh... jio him go see movie when he's free that kinda thing.... -
