i would prefer it if my gf was not that interested in photo (of course must not hate it!) but loves doing make-up for pple, or hair, or posing for the cam, or......
just watever else that could complement my hobby! i think that's more important. have two behind the camera, nothing to shoot also hum been...
or.. she could just be someone i love, regardless, and nikon d2h aside..

ok this is not a problem or something, just something i wanna say.
since i like photography and now into classical music, i think i would prefer someone who is into either 1 of these also. i mean there would be common topics,activities. so i would prefer meeting someone at a concert or get to know ppl thru friends at such places, concerts or photo shoot-outs etc.
I only understood this section of your post, the rest of it I could not make out what you were saying. But anyway. Yes I agree, it is so with people nowadays, its not opposites that attract, its positives. Besides just hobbies, you definitely also want to find someone who is of the same race/culture/nationality/religion as you are. As for how to meet people, yes you do so via similar activities, if you can find the time for such things. -
