I used to keep everything to myself. It hurts...REALLY hURTS... When U try to bottle everything up, 1 day U will discover when U r at ur limit, U may not be able to control ALL THOSE silly things U say. There is never a turn back with Words tat r spoken, Actions tat r done.
Sadness.... It lives in each n every body, waiting to strike you whenever U r feeling lonely n helpless. What we can do, is just to overcome it. It seems only a word but take up a lot of courage to do it. Friends' support is always very important. N ONLY when U learn to share n let ur sorrow out, U will feel better,
Susan.... I do not know what U r troubled with but you must always remember when U can "fang de xia"(forgive n forget), n kan de kai(look things on the brighter side), U may see tat things r not really as bad as U imagine. Life has many ups-n-downs. N only through these ups n downs will U grow. -

In response to your question, normally, I will keep it to myself, unless I'm really close to someone.
Regarding issues related to affaies of the heart. There are times when u have to let go, means u have to let go.
Having a relationship is a two way thing, it is like two persons holding to a extremely fragile glass ball.
If either side is holding on too tightly, it will break. If not held on tight enough, the glass ball will drop, and shatter in to pieces.
Give it some thought, I believe you will understand what I'm trying to tell you.
Give yourself sometime to get over it, you can cry all you wan, but dun forget to wipe your tears, and brace yourself.
Remember the fact that the world would not stop turning because of whoever left whoever.
Stay strong yeah, and it will all be over before you know it. -
