i think the sad truth virtually stabs ur heart...can feel the pain and hatred when u see the person again.. -
Definitely number 2 is sadder. Why? For 1) - I have lost someone whom I love very deeply and she will not be able to be with the person whom she love anymore. But sometimes we have to see the situation. If she is suffering from her illness, then I will defintely feel 'happy' that she is now relieved of her pain and torture, no longer suffering. For 2) - I have lost someone whom I loved deeply but also lost someone whom don't love me anymore. It's really painful in this situation. However, I must also realise that if I really love her, then I must let her go.....as she feels happier this way. It's definitely painful...but it still must be done somehow. -

They will do equal effort in returning appreciation and they understand this saying and practice them 'treasure what you have and whats around you.' Beware, because if you under-appreciate them - they will be dis-satisfied and could prove unseen problems and complication in the relationship.
