and list down exactly how you exercise to get muscles instead of fat.
there's way too many guys who say they eat and exercise a lot and still get no effect
then it turns out that they are not doing it in the right way

there was a time i took 4 eggs (without york) a day for part of my breakfast
back to weight gainers, yea it may have faster effect
but some of my frenz still say not enough
if you got cash to burn and not scared of side effects like brown pee, then by the all way take then loh
it's quite a common thing loh now... most of the 20 something guys have a huge tub hidden somewhere in their house
don't noe why some ppl can find those powder nice, all my frenz who take found it to taste like medicine (all favours)

the strong favouring is there to mask the gross taste
but truly, you can effectively gain weight without taking those shit
i'm an example, i upped my chin-ups from 8 to 20 in 2 months,
so you imagine how much muscular strength gain that is lah

but of course you must put in the effort lah
most ppl simply too lazy to wat
and no matter which way you gain the weight
you have to exercise constantly to maintain the muscles
if not turn into fat... then gross lah

another point, actually most ppl's real aim is not to gain weight
but to get a muscular frame
if you are strong, muscular with that v-shape bode
who cares whether you are 55kg or 70kg
still back to the basics Eat and Exercise
& you have to put in the damn effort loh
