well... i think it's normal for some couples to talk about marriage some time into their relationship. i have got a friend who wanna marry her bf 10 days into their rp. they started planning their future together back then and are now still going strong together. i have got another friend who wanna marry her 1st bf within 1 mth into their rp... well... she was secretly in love with him for 5 years+ and finally got his love just late last year... thus she's never going to let him go. dunno about the guy though.
it's never too early to start planning. if u r worried about financial security, maybe both of u can start a joint bank acc together. but muz be disciplined not to spend the money away. if anything happens in the future, perhaps a good way would be to split half. some of the worst quarrels are over money matters, beware though.
if u r really sure he is ur The One, then be prepared to work things out together through and dun give up easily... it takes effort to make a rp work, esp for long term and serious onez. but of cos there are implications along the way... people make mistakes. there are temptations. there may be times when both of u feel like giving up.

Start a joint account ? Bad idea if you are still b/g relationship.
During a break up, everything can turn ugly.
Joint accounts are used as black mails and weapons to cause emotional and financial hurt.
People I know lost their savings because of joint accounts.
Couples beware.......
During a breakup, no body cares how much the other puts in, each only cares about how much they can take back.
So please people, don't be naive. -
