i will oso guess it, n then tell him not to waste $$... but in a rather 'joking' way in order not to disappoint him... coz for the past few times, i always guessed my presents correctly! hahahah!
i wud rather he spent the $ on something more useful, like bringing me on a higher budget dinner..
(FOOD!) a bouquet wud cost almost as much sia...
i will oso tell him to cancel it... but guess my guy oreadi noe that i wud prefer something more practical...
i think, like u, a stalk of any flower wud be sufficient... besides, valentine's is not all abt flowers n chocolates right?

if i were you..probably i will do this..
call him up and tell him i'm really sorry..explain that its not that i don't like or appreciate what he's doing, but i prefer him to give me the flowers personally if he really insists on flowers on valentines day. be really apologetic and listen to what he has got to say..and try not to end the conversation in a quarrel (bo bian..cos i already realised i'm at fault in exposing him like that and rejecting his efforts in such a cruel way..so have to kena whack a bit =P)
next i will tell him, although the whole deal of he sending flowers to my house is out, i still want a special valentines day with him.
then..i will DEMAND him to come out with better, low budget ideas to surprise me on that day. sa jiao a bit..the right amount of sa jiao-ing can be a very powderful weapon

Aiyah.. so simple. Send him a bouquet of flowers on Valentines day lah ! Afterall, what you have done is done. Surprise him back with something he feels is a show of love for you, this way he will understand your perspective , and also serve as a form of apology on your part.
P.S: It's ok for girls to send their guys flowers too !!! -

hmm..personally..i feel tt sometimes..we should learn to appreciate their efforts..like girls..they wanna be pamper once a while..coax like a little child once a while..keke..
since things happen this way..it's best wait till both of u cool down..tok face to face..hv a nice chat..do not pile up yr problems..
i feel tt flowers are really ex..waste of money too..i do told my guy tt i rather hv something else or save up the money den flowers..but..once a year..it doesn't matter..it's THEIR thoughts tt counts..they made the effort..so..juz relax..sit back..and be the happiest lady on earth on the day..
ps: not all girls' bf(s) give them flowers on tt day leh..

I mean dinner is much better.. or something can last forever.. like a bracelet or something like tt. Flowers are for a moment of happiness.. i rather have something i see it will remind me of him.

I have lots of quarrels with my gf too, many times to the extent she asked to break but she dun mean it coz she say it at the spur of the moment. It hurts me when i hear her say such things. But when she cools down, we become really lovey-dovey again.
