as for the exercising part ... abt 1hr a day of cardio (hitting abt at least 70% of ur max heart rate i.e. 220 - ur current age) if u stick to this work out everyday, u'll lose fats and tone up real fast in less than a month.

i jog 4km every night for 4 days and control my diet and god i still gain 1 or 2 kilos?
i know that is short period... but why a gain ...
Personally, i think its abt changing ur lifestyle, not juz a short term issue. I'm sure if u dun like jogging or stuffs u can go for aerobics or kickboxing (this really tones u up) and several other stuffs that ur neighbouring community club offers!
