  Itachi: The only way to make urself LOOK taller, have quite a few methods (wear certain type of clothes, become slimmer)
  But to make urself TALLER ... i dun think so ... mayb the surgery might help but duno how true or how long it'll last.

  Unfortunately....if you are already pass the growing phase...you will be stuck at this height...unless you enhance it artifically........

  dun be too bothered by yr height my man, it's the inside tt matters more. anyway, like they say, u can do something w how u dress; some tips for u...
  
  - dun let yr shirt get over yr hips
  - dun wear baggy big pants
  - dun wear thin-sole shoes
  - wear V-neck T-shirts to make yr torso look longer
  
  anyway, what matters more is what u think abt yrself; tt'll definitely affect yr confidence, which very much affects how u look...(of coz not just physically, but overall)

  sometimes u can only blame ur parents' genes and ur lack of nourishment and appropriate exercise while u were young.
  
  anyway if u r stuck wif it, no point lamenting it. live with it - its your body! jus try the suggestions given above.

  i think if u r stuck at the same height for a few years, there's a high possibility that u wun be able to grow taller liao... unless u take the suggestions by the rest... a surgery...
  but for those who are still growing up, i think swimming is quite a good exercise cos u can stretch your whole body... or basketball, volleyball... all these are tried and tested by frens... cos me not the sporty type... hehe
