  Thnx everyone for the advise. I'm trying too but at times if she just throw temper for no reason....N it's not easy...heat of moment sure will react back...human i guess..esp U'll be feeling....hey wat i did wrong ths time??? AnyW, i learn to be more patient abit le.... I hope miracle happen....her mum recover better

  Ya. Understand that waiting for death is usually more of a torment than death itself for most people...

  I lost my mother to cancer last November, and I can tell you that it's an emotional rollercoaster. I sympathise with your girlfriend.
  
  As Yunhaier has already said, you need to remain strong. Your girlfriend will lose the plot every now and then, and you need to be a constant point to keep her from going too far off centre. When all is said and done, she will appreciate it.
  
  The harsh flip side to it is that you have no choice but to be the steady one - would you want to live with the knowledge that you've complicated things even more by losing your temper?

  my suggestion is to assure her mum that she can entrust her daughter to you. by whatever means you can think of.
