Hey Yun, thanks for the great story, was MIA for a while due to my work.
Reminded me of the show I watched last night, the little boy asking his dad (play by Jack Neo), ' Dad, how do you measure love?', and Jack Neo answered, 'By the size of the hole she left behind in your heart.' (Something like that)
And the story ended 'She left a crater in my heart'. Which I may add, a bottomless crater. -

sigh, really a sad ending.
Was sad that cloud didn't ask the taxi driver to turn back to her house when he finished reading the letter. Love is selfish one lor. If you let her go now, donno when she'll ever appear in your life again.
How many times have you seen someone on the road and you start thinking how nice it'll be if you get to know him/her, then the next minute he/she just walk past you, never to appear again and you start to mumble to yourself how come you never take the first step to know that person.
Anyway, think he's so lucky that she get to notice him when he's supporting her in a dark, quiet corner. Most of the time, I feel that no one will really take notice of such person one lor. -

Its a sad but realistic ending I think.
Not many couples live happily ever after in the real world and the story will touch home to those of us who know what it feels like to lose someone they once loved.
Cloud learnt so much for the experience which is an important thing to note in the ending. He learnt about life, love and himself through the relationship. Not enough us do this when a relationship ends... we just dwell and drown in our sorrows in where it went wrong....
