Will doing too much pusp up makes the body look masculine?Originally posted by sillyme:You can't target an area to slim down.
However, you can do pushups, dips or carry weights to tone up specific muscles.
Do cardio exercises such as swimming, jogging or walking to burn fats.

lower testosterone levels in women will prevent most females from developing the bulky mass. so don't worry about looking masculine.

starving is not a way to slim down.Originally posted by BrownSquirrel:Do you think if the whole body slim down, the arm and breast slim down together? Do not eat seems like a torture, can ta han mei? Are most gals avoiding meals to keep slim? When you go out with your galfriend, is she always avoiding eating so as to keep slim?
Yep, you make sense there. I dont think females need muscles do they? And if you exercise in the night, you'll have difficulty sleeping. Its a contradicting case, every training program has its individual risk. Exercise in the morning is more effective, but the individual is more susceptible to infection, not to mention the feeling's horrible especially during the first few minutes.Originally posted by sillyme:i don't think it's advisable to run on an empty stomach. though it seems logical that the body will grab for fats to burn energy, it will also in the process breakdown muscles. eat a light breakfast no matter what. when you wake up, your body cries for food.. if you deprive it of food, it will grab anything you eat and store it up..
there are also studies to prove exercising in the morning is not beneficial. there are too many contradiciting studies. what's more important is to include these exercises into your lifestyle without interrupting it too much.
