At most go Cenosis for target slimming....which they always advertise in the Papers if you really want fast results...but then if u dont maintain...such results wont last....
Dont ever skip meals....cos it will slow down your metabolism....and deprive your body of nutrients....which makes it only worse...
Eat in moderation....skipping carbs wont solve the prob in the long run....just eat less of it...cos no one can live without carbs long term....it deprives your brain of glucose as well as cos the production of ketone bodies which will contribute to BO....... -
do cardio exercises eg joggin, cycling, step climbing. (swimming..no use) Actually exercises really burn fats only after 1hr..so your exercises muz be at least 60mins, 3 times a week in order to see any significant results, build muscles to burn more calories even when u r idling. i dun think girls need to worry abt becomin jojo sinclair...its not tat easy to get bulky muscles like her's.
