  ought to be more responsible for herself mah....if u get pregnant at such a age, u suffer the most, not ur parents. n furthermore it takes two hands to clap, doesnt mean the girl get pregnant has no fault at all, unless dun tell me she is forced.

  ehm...2nd abortion would certainly affect her chances of conceiving in the future... and easily miscarriaged if she got pregnant again becuz her uterus(womb) got damaged.. although the research is not strong enough, women who aborted it b4 complained of this problem(according to what i studied la).. so ask ur friend to consider carefully and take care of herself... remember to use condom or any contraception... better be safe than sorry lor..

  aiyo... I pity the baby... I ever watched abortion films during bio lesson and during sex education in school.... the baby is actually SCREAMING when the instrument is inserted into the womb to kill him/her.. you know how they do it??!!
  
  They take a big tweezer, clip the hand, twist and pull... out comes the hand, same for the other limbs, then the head, then the body... then they place on tray to make sure everything is there... so cruel....

  Its pretty obvious that her fren's decision is to abort the baby.
  Her fren is only worried that she might have difficulty conceiving the next time if she wants to start a family.
  
  But, does it really matter what the odds are, as abortion is still top of her list?! She is just seeking assurances that she will be able to conceive the next time round when she wants to start a family.
  
  Read carefully and you will see 2 points being made:
  1) She is still young
  2) She dun want to upset her family
  
  Hopefully, at the end of the day, she will learn her lesson.

  i agree with bear that this gal is irresponsible. if the gal want to have sex, she is responsible for her own actions. it is really sad that she does not see impact her actions would have on the baby and her future.
  
  gal, if you firmly believe that abortion is the way out, then for your sake and your future's, please consider this:
  
  IUD
  
  - it can be inserted straight after the abortion. failure rate for this is the lowest (less then 0.01%) and once inserted, u don't have to think abt it anymore. all u need to do after that is to do a check up every 3 months or so. the side effects for this would depend on the type of IUD choosen. do ask the doctor/gynae about it.
  
  i plead the gal to be sensible and do wat is best.

  it might affect her fertility rate in the future, well, not a high chance but there is always risk so best is, don't get pregnant in the first place.
  
  any case, there isn't any true right or wrong in getting an abortion, she must be aware of that, usually, its the mental health that suffers the most for people like her.
  
  after reading more posts, i feel the need to stress the above point. whether she is your friend, or you, or your girlfriend, or whoever, this point must be made clear or it will leave an emotional scar in her for the rest of her life and her relationship. tell her, its alright, if she believes it is the right thing to do, than go do it.
  
  its a question of.. "does the caged bird desires to fly in the open skies?" we are not her, we can never feel what she is in, but the reverse may be true, she may be confused by other people's opinions and suffers as a result.
  
  blaming her will never solve the issue at hand. while we may be concerned for the possibility of new life, shouldn't we be concern about the health of the her at the current situation instead of asking what ifs and what should have been scenerios.

  Hehehe...hey ericia, ask your frd to ask her bf to accompany her for abortion lor. So the baby will know who he/she murderer are. If the bf don't want to take responsibility, at least accompany the gal for an abortion...can show the gal how much he cares for her by not taking precautions in the first place and allowing his gal to go through the pain of abortion again...and also to show her how caring he is to her to kill their love child he had with her.

  if she really didn't want all these to happen, why no precautions? least a condom will do? first pregnancy maybe careless, abort it is already very cruel, now second time, shes just being irresponsible for the baby. no excuses for her~
