Ever once my ex bf was in debts with loan sharks... and i have to work to repay all his debts.... even though i was only 15.... it was very tough, very tough. Until one fine day, i give up totally.... The debts seems to never stop ending.....
But wat i feel that this guy doesn't appreciate what the gal has done for him. Think the gal should teach him a little lesson.... like ignore him for a while till he's really at the end of the road, then suddenly returned and help him.... haha.. like a godsend from heaven... then he will learn.. ur friend must let him learn....

different people have got different point of view...
i realised that, when its time to let go... we must let go and no second word to be said.
if i were to treat this guy with all i can and sacrifies so much and in the end he still don appreciate, then i don see the point of continuing at all!
he is a guy... the most basic thing is to take care of a girls basic need... he cant even achieve that at all.... hopeless.....
its good to leave him and let him learn and let him know that feeling without anyone supporting him by the side... cos he is taking everything for granted....
its good to let him learn..
if one day he really repent... the gal might consider him again... -

U don't owe him anything. Don't keep paying off his debts. Just ask him to declare bankruptcy, he can sell his car. Let him learn to stand on his own. I've got a friend with the same problem only she is married. Husband was a high flyer in big corpn. Lost everything in shares & gambling. Went bankrupt. He was jobless for years living off her. Luckily he came to his senses, Became taxi driver to support the family. At least for her, it was worth hanging on & supporting him cos basically he is a good husband. U got to ask yourself whether it is worth it

she brought us up single-handedly, while my gd-4-nth father juz keeps on askin money frm her....
they r nw gettin divorced (finally!) and....its rather obvious that my mother's happier now....
tho... it's tough to be doin all the raising alone... 4 children somemore....
