  In order to save threads I might as well just post here .
  
  How do you forget someone other than the methods you guys mentioned? I got hurt sibeh bad since she slept around behind my back. It's pretty normal in our everyday talk to see these happenings and girls complaining about guys being infidel and others. But rarely the other way round. Right now I need some clear cut method, I still love her a lot and I still threw down everything and begged her to stay, even though it's not even my fault =/
  
  So any brilliant advice? All I can think of now is killing the adulterous pair But yes I require far more constructive solutions other than mine so thank you in advanced

  If you want to do it with less pain, then you can try thinking about all the bad things she has done, the bad habits, bad points about her etc. Hating her will be the easy way out.

  Thx for all your advice, but in my opinion if you hate someone you still have feelings for her. Hatred borders by a thin line with love. At least that's just what I feel. But yea I guess hating her would be fine At least for now. Thx all who's done me a favour by posting. Your help is appreciated deeply

Displaced her out of my heart and don't harbour any possiblity of even having a relationship. Awknowledge that even if she begs(too strong a word?) to be with you in the future, you might not accept her anymore. Most of my so call love for her just bleed out of me after half a year of such behavior. But take note that it is not going to be easy especially during initial stage, just try to stay away from her as much as possible.

And i hope i'm nt toking to someone underage!) It's kinda an advice to put in the bar room, but it's still a gd advice alrite. After a relieve, yr desire for her will lessen for a moment. After a month(or even a year if necessary), u'll start getting sick of her tt u wanna look for someone else better. tt's a physiological and psychological approach lah.
  
  Regarding studying, it's really ez. Juz kindly volunteer to let yr parents keep yr cable wires for the duration of yr exams and study period until they all blown over. Then, start studying! Well, if u get bored, y not munch on tt pack of cookies in ya kitchen's cupboard, or an instant cuppucino would do miracles. U dun really nid to lock yaself in a tight environment and start studying like ur ploughing the field! Really! Studying for exams has never been that relaxing, even if it means having to go thru 1 sleepless nite! Being in poly year 3 myself and having to work on major projects, i rather choose to study for exams MAN!
