When you are rejected two or more times, you ought to slow down and retrace your route. Don't keep going towards the same direction that spells 'No Effect' - you will get the same answer irregardless of what you do.
And you actually got agitated because she said she is not your type? Come on, she didn't even lead you on - be a gentleman and learn to accept gracefully?
P.S: Merely an egg in an entire egg basket?

Many times, guys take rejection as failure on their part. Which isn't always the case.
There are many times when the reason lies with opposite sex.
-Not interested
-Not ready to get into relationship
-Healing process
-You're not her taste.
-etc.
Don't try to decipher your failures/her rejection, your maybes will only count to depress confidence on yourself.
Maybes only tells me that you didn't calculate properly your plans.
She likes attention and it's free anyway.
Asking a girl to get into relationship on the first time-outing is double edged effect.
-If she likes you....you got her.
-If she doesn't really know you....she'll activate shield amour/protective cloak over herself.
Unless she's slightly interested in you. She will not go defensive.
No matter how sincere, always make sure that rejections doesn't mean failure on your part. There's always lessons to learn and get better.
