It's only wrong when there is force involved(not all parties are willing). -

No doubt it's quite common for couples to engage in petting nowadays.. It's more of a personal preference thing. As long as both parties are willing and know what they're doing... It can be a healthy part of a BGR.... In fact, with good will control and self-discipline... It should be safer than practising of sex coupling.... -
