i understand you cos i been through it. If you can forget someone u loved so deeply then that is not love.
But u need to accept the fact. time will heals . Get involved in things such as upgrading studies, sport...

well...this is life,you have to move on...thou time heals...but he will still be in your memories forever,i believe that everyone here is the same,is just that how you coop with it...maybe you haven get to know your mr right,so you just think that he is the best you have ever met...but once you met someone better than him,and slowly you'll be able to forget about him...

3 yrs... long? short? you decide. it's hard to forget someone you really love once, or still loving. The fond memories will float back subconsciously. Mi too.. have been thinking of my ex which we had our relationship ended two yes back.. but what can be done? nothing.. the onli thing i can do is to let nature takes its course. try not to think so much, but inevitably you'll bound to think of it..so, finally, i told myself that she's ot the one im looking for, and is oving on now... if you really love him, dun hesistate to tell him, just tell him how you feel and see how he responds to you...

It's definitely not easy to make yourself not miss him. It is probably more difficult if you are the more sentimental and emotional type of person. Perhaps as what the rest say, you can only truly let go when someone better comes along. But this is also provided you can accept someone new. Like you said, you have met others, but things don't work out. Could it be that you are not willing to try it out with someone else??

next 2 yrs after break im tryign to find out why,what went wrong
now...it doesnt matter...it doesnt matter what went wrg,even if nothing did..it doesnt matter if she still loves me or not,hell,it doesnt even matter if I wnat her back in my life or how much i misses her and loves her.
u know what matters?
what matters is that i DO love her,and will always do.so i chooses to move on wif that memory of her inside of me.
do urself a favor,and find ur own way of moving on...
if u relaly love him,then know this:he is happy now,and so u shd be too.

There are some reasons why people couldn't get pass this stage.
- Over dependent/Reliance onto ex
- Loneliness
- Authority given over
- Low Esteem
- Habit of reminiscing past
- Poor/small social circle
- No hobbies
