Perfect love in the human world - No such thing.
But if you're talking about relationship with God, it's Agape love - perfect love.
Anyway, back to the topic. As I mentioned, there is no such thing as perfect love between humans because we are not perfect people. Being not so perfect, it is almost impossible to love someone perfectly.
As for your situation, if a girl doesn't feel that much for you, perhaps you can talk to her about it and find out more. But if situation were to remain the same and if she continues to doubt, then I suggest you pick up yourself and your male ego, and move on.
