well, i plan to confess n tell her on her birthday which is coming soon..i know theres chance that she might reject me but i really cant stop myself liking her.
actually she a classmate of my frd n i known her for only few mths and i dun really have chance to talk to her but i just missed her more and more.

Go ahead and let her know you are interested in her...but I do suggest you be a bit subtle. Don't go an say "I love you" straight in her face. There are many ways to show you are interested. -

Ask yourself this, why would you want to jump down from a block of flat when you know that you will truly die when you reaches the ground floor. I'm telling you, there is flat absolute 100% chance she will definitely reject you. So go and know more about her first, be her frd, be her good frd, be her close frd before you even try to be her bf.
